|  | | 2008 Shad Derby Coronation Ball May 3, 2008 6:00 p.m. Sheraton Bradley Airport Windsor Locks, Connecticut
Guest should arrive at 6:00 for hors d'oeuvres and cocktails (cash bar). Seating in the Ballroom will be at 6:45. Parking in the hotel garage is complimentary with validation.
There are 10 seats per table. If you would like to reserve a seat but are unsure of the guest's name, please insert TBD (and contact us immediately when you have the information). Payment must accompany all requests for seating. Seating will be made in the order in which complete orders are received.
No actual "tickets" will be printed, as place cards will be prepared for your arrival at the Ball. The Windsor Junior Woman's Club will do everything possible to fulfill your request. Your seating requests can only be guaranteed when requests are accompanied by payment in full. Priority will be given to full tables. Any vacancies at your table will be filled at the discretion of the organizers. Payments must be received prior to receiving your place card.
