Judges' Chair
Kelly Cushing
Kelly is a 1992 graduate of Windsor High School, and a former Shad Queen contestant. She currently resides in Rocky Hill. After graduating from University of Hartford, Kelly has pursued a long career in the media working for Channel 8 in New Haven as a producer and is currently working in the Sales and Marketing department for ESPN in Bristol.
When not busy with her two year old son Brady, Kelly is known for volunteering with various charities such as the Susan G. Komen CT Race for the Cure and Hartford Hospital book buddies. She also volunteers her time for various charities through ESPN. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, baking, scrapbooking, going to concerts, and traveling.

Nancy Watson
Nancy graduated from Paier School of Art, with a major in Interior Design. Her talents led her to a
career in the contract furniture industry. As an accomplished interior planner, project manager and vice president, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies and leading architectural firms. Nancy is
currently enjoying tenure with Geiger International, as a product specialist.
In her spare time Nancy is designing custom made jewelry, and hosting trunk shows with several other
artisans. As a very visual person and with a love for shopping, one of her goals is to open a Stylish &
Sustainable gallery, exhibiting local artist products and consignments of home accessories.
She recently relocated to the Hartford area from San Francisco, bringing her closer to family and friends.
Some of her other interests include antiquing, travel, visiting museums, furniture refinishing and
decorating.
Nancy St.Pierre
Nancy is a self-employed seamstress, owner of Sew It Seams located in Bristol, CT. She specializes in custom made women's attire and all types of clothing alterations. She has been sewing for 50 years. Prior to starting her own business, Nancy was employed as Vice President of The Taylor & Fenn Company and is a graduate of Windsor High School class of 1969.
Nancy lives in Bristol with her husband Gary and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Aside from sewing, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, snowmobiling and golfing.
Jennifer Pickett
Jennifer is a second grade teacher in Portland, Connecticut. Jen (n Bernstein) grew up in Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School in 2002. She went on to receive her Master's degree from the University of Connecticut in 2007.
She and her newlywed husband, Christopher, live in East Haddam.
Auditor
Timothy Carmon
Timothy was born and raised in Windsor, Connecticut. He attended Loomis Chaffee in Windsor graduating in the class of 1999. Tim went on to the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia graduating with a BS in Accounting and a BA in Religion. Soon after college he passed the CPA exam and became a practicing CPA in the state of Connecticut. Currently, Tim is the Assistant Vice President of financial reporting risk at MassMutual Life Insurance Company in Springfield, Massachusetts. In 2004 Tim moved to South Windsor after marrying his wife Kristin Rowe whom he met in College. They have a 2 year old son named Drew and a second child due in early May.
