Brown's Harvest
Six generations of the Brown family have been living and working in the town of Windsor, Connecticut since the mid 1800's.
The Brown family is proud to say they have been a part of the history of Windsor, Connecticut since the mid 1800's (if not earlier!). During this time, over six generations of the Brown family have been living and working in the town.
Over the years, the Brown family has grown potatoes, asparagus, and strawberries. Today, they now concentrate on growing Connecticut Valley shade leaf tobacco, pumpkins, and mums on over 175 acres.
In addition to farming the land, they opened a driving range. The driving range has become a great place for golfers (amateurs and professionals) to practice their swing on natural grass tees.
