Windsor Shad Derby Festival Events

The Windsor Shad Derby Festival is put together every year by the 12 member volunteer organizations involved in serving on the Windsor Shad Fest Bureau. The Shad Fest Bureau consists of the Windsor Rod & Gun Club, Windsor Chamber of Commerce, Windsor Jaycees, Windsor Junior Woman's Club, Lions Club of Windsor, Windsor Kiwanis, Washington Lodge No. 70 Free Masons, Windsor Historical Society, Win-TV, Town of Windsor Recreation Department, Rotary Club of Windsor/Windsor Locks, and Windsor Art Center. Each organization sponsors and/or participates in at least one event during the Shad Derby Festival season & contributes to it's long standing history & tradition. 

Our deepest gratitude goes out to the multitude of volunteers, local business sponsors and contributors that make the Windsor Shad Derby Festival such a fun, community-themed series of events for all of New England to enjoy every spring in Windsor, Connecticut.
