This 2022 Shad Derby event is sponsored by the Washington Lodge #70 A.F. & A.M.

One of the tastiest fundraisers in Windsor! Twenty-five dollars gets you a delicious New England lobster meal with sides served by the Washington Lodge #70 A.F. and A.M. Masons. A Chicken meal option will also be available in substitute of the lobster if requested. A great night out for your family and friends in Windsor center.

Proceeds will benefit the Masons local Scholarship and General fund helping make a difference in Windsor all year round.

Tickets MUST be purchased by April 20th.

Tickets can be purchased in person during normal business hours at Ashley's Distinctive Jewelry & Gifts located at 555 Day Hill Road in Windsor, Connecticut.

Windsor Shad Derby Festival

The Windsor Shad Derby Festival is a long standing New England Tradition. The tradition began in 1955 with an annual fishing tournament to raise awareness of the growing pollution of the Connecticut River. In 1966, as the Derby grew in size a parade and festivities on the Windsor Town Green were added to celebrate & commemorate the Shad Derby Festival and promote the best of the local area through it's many resources, businesses and organizations.
